Refund policy

If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To arrange a return, please get in touch at shop@gertieandfran.com, quoting your Order Number.

Returns must be sent using a tracked postal service, and we ask that you keep proof of postage, as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable.
